Love seeing my stomping grounds on these threads. :-D
We're going back in a few days! The Duluth area is a great place. Photo related wise we're looking forward to taking some scenic shots from the Enger Tower overlook and hiking around Split Rock.
A7RII with OM 50/3.5 - I like this lens also, especially the focus feel - it is a pleasure to focus with it. Cross posted in the FE images thread in the Sony Forum - I can't find the cross post feature that Fred added. Not showing up in 'Options' for me...

Isnt the 50/3.5 spectacular? Still one of my favorite lens "footprints"

Indeed I was not very satisfied with it during m43 days; it was visibly soft @ f3.5 even though having a better rendering than most of its many Zuiko cousins. But my initial impression on A7 was much better. Have to wait for spring flowers to see its full potential. By the way, darrellc, your example is great.
Just hacking around the homestead killing time...nothing fancy...just a well-worn Adirondack chair and a potted yucca trying out some Olys that were stashed in a bag. Lenses were fitted with an Oly/EOS adapter, then onto a Fotodiox EOS/NEX adapter. Don't have an Oly/NEX adapter yet since not sure if I'll be keeping these lenses...trying to pare down a bit. I'm surprised as to how well the corners on the 24 held up. These lenses do not disappoint.
