thank you. I think they will all perform wonderfully on digital medium format system given they all use the sweet spot of the glass due to much less coverage needed. The rendering will be slightly smoother than native 645 without corner coverage.
However, You won't get the same pixel level performance of modern glass but you will get the classic rendering in exchange. Good thing is They are inexpensive for what they are offering intern of build and performance. I don't mind get S2 or S006 just for using these contax645 glasses( maybe plus a 70 or 35 S).

None of lenses I ever used like S have such a special house rendering. The more I use them, the more I love them.
You don't see modern lens rendering like these often.
