So no more S-006 it's ONLY the S-007 from now on?
I will wait for S3 to make up my mind. Maybe will get S006 after S3 is on the market. However, I will only bring S007 for any landscape trip as it simply a better DR camera to the level I prefer it to latest Nikon FF camera. S006 will resolve for family or short day trip.
one more 100cron S007
Do you still have X1D, any plan to X1D2?

No plans to get the X1DII since my current X1D overheats and Hasselblad won't do anything to rectify the issue. They were telling me it would be fixed in a firmware update for over half a year, but then nothing and when I asked the CEO and chief engineer and head of the X1D division, they denied that there was an issue with the older X1D model and since it's fine the way it is they would no longer be putting out updates for it.... So basically they abandoned the original body. Not really interested in giving them anymore money. My X1D works fine BTW outside of Singapore, but here in Singapore where it's hot and humid the camera cannot do outdoor shooting without overheating (not just my camera I know several people who have the same issue, and keep in mind I had two bodies at one point).
Will either use it while traveling or sell it and fund more S-lenses.
As for the S3, same I'm waiting to see how it performs before I get rid of the S-System. From the brief bit of time I played with the S3 I thought it was a good at low light AF, and accurate near/far. But who knows why it's been delayed so long. I'm more happy with the colours of the S-006 but too many problems in the past with the body has me using the S-007 even though I'm not so thrilled with the AF issues.
Frankly I get what I want from the f/2 SL primes... Enough that I don't care about medium format anymore. Especially since I rarely shoot anything that needs more quality than say a GRIII (which I now keep in my pocket at all times). But it's the rendering that I like spending money on so whatever system satisfies that requirement wins me over and so far it's S-lenses and SL primes aren't too far behind.

I don't know if I want get rid of S system but I am dealing with Leica customer service again with S gear. It is beginning to get to the point of tiresome at this stage. I am very unhappy with Leica's customer service. (Not Leica NJ, they are very courteous but they are simply pass communication between customer and Germany). I don’t know if there are still people patient enough to wait S3 at this stage.
So, I would definitely downsize my S Lens collection. Hasselblad X1D2 looks very nice and solid upgrade to me. I am just not sure about adaptability now. And 907CX looks so nice only if it is a square format, the original ergonomics and design was based on square format which is a beauty and timeless classic.
As for glasses, S glasses’ rendering (note: not sharpness) is un-parallel and in a class at its own. SL Summicron is awesome. I have eyeing 35cron SL myself. However, I really have zero confidence (faith) in Leica’s AF glasses. They almost lose me as a customer; only thing I trust is M now.
Had my leica S lenses in for repair quite often: Always the AF and on thee zoom the friction was to loose.
The service here in Germany is good, about 3 weeks and if you mke it urgent faster.I can send to Wetzlar oc.
But when you are on a trip you hold your breath that nothing happens.... not a good feeling.
I decided to keep my S gear for a while... and i agree what you said about the S lenses.
