I was informed a few days ago, that I had won a photo competition of this same subject, the Spitfire Mk VIII owned by the Temora Aviation Museum (TAM).
I'm not permitted to show the winning image, nor in fact to display it anywhere, having signed copyright over to TAM as a condition of entry. It will be hung as a 7ft x 5ft picture in the New York City apartment of a benefactor whom I suspect is actually the leading light behind TAM. It was taken (naturally!) with the same 645D that shot this, albeit I used my A150 f3.5 lens.
