Been exploring ways to adapt lenses to the Pentax 645 system, and it appears to be very limited. I want a longer portrait lens with better bokeh, and separation from the background. Today I cobbled together a bellows lens from my Exakta days, step ring, body cap, and 42mm threaded f-mount adapter as a retaining ring. Surprisingly, it gave me what I wanted, but the adjustable helicoid is a bit too long - so I ordered a bit shorter version. Currently, it focuses from 18"- 8' feet. The new helicoid should get me infinity back. I can't find much info on the Novoflex-Noflexar 105mm f3.5 R - other than it has 16 iris blades, and one place thought it was 3 elements in 3 groups.

Theoretically, any 6x6 system would probably be adaptable. If you have some machining capability, buying a macro ring for each side might be the cheapest way to get the bayonets. Cut them both in half, weld them together in the middle.
