Eric- You've had several "Once-in-a-lifetime" photo trips so far, and this must measure near the top.
The Peanut Gallery can only say "Swell pictures."
And then I turn green with envy.
So- when are you going tiger hunting?

Wow Eric . So many encounters of this magnificent animal and too many great images to comment. I particularly like 1 and 20. Thanks for sharing these.
Harsha
Thanks Harsha. These cats present significantly different challenges to photograph than the other big cats.
So to get so many good looks was quite unexpected.

Jag-o-rama! Eric, these are a pleasure to view. Aside from still being in disbelief over the size of these Jags, I'm really amazed that you got so many good sightings. That's the way it should be when you work so hard, and travel so far, just for a chance. I like them all - but the close-up #20, and the mother with the sub-adult cub are my favs...#30,31,32. Great job making the most of these fleeting moments. My life has already been altered by the addiction to photographing one spotted cat, adding another might break the camels back. But...
Best,
Jim
It is easy to get addicted to photographing animals with such beauty, grace and power....these cats are no different but their secretive nature gives them even more of an allure. Thanks for the nice words and picks.

Holy-moly Eric!
Not just one, but two jags in a frame... Incredible. I really like #'s 10, 22, & 32.
Great series.
Bruce
Thanks Bruce...I might even have 3, who knows ...but getting mom and a cub or two cubs together was the highlight for me...they are amazing looking animals!

Fabulous...don't want to say I like this or that, because I know I'll be leaving some out...just some great shots of a magnificent cat...thanks.
Thanks Scott...I am happy with what I got but still am kicking myself about the couple that got away.

Very nice Eric. Thanks for sharing all these shots. They're beautiful, and so are the cats. I have been in their habitat, seen their awesome, giant, footprints, but have I never seen the cats in the wild. And congratulations on your guile--in most of the shots the animals look totally unperturbed at your being only a 400 mm's reach away--means you're doing everything right.

Thanks John...these guys didn't seem to mind us very much and we rarely got withing 100' of them. The guides know that the cats act more natural when you give them space...crowd them and you may get better shots of them doing very little.
Eric
What an awesome holiday you have had ! Just wonderful shots of a powerful animal rarely seen in photos. I love the shots of the 2 jaguars together best with the final shot being the 24 carat gold icing on this superb cake !
