What an awesome holiday you have had ! Just wonderful shots of a powerful animal rarely seen in photos. I love the shots of the 2 jaguars together best with the final shot being the 24 carat gold icing on this superb cake !
Thanks so much. I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity to shoot two cats....unexpected and totally blown away by the experience. I was hoping to shoot one but never expected two...I think my son may have actually gotten all three together when they were close...I just have a couple with them all but separated.

Well you just proved yourself 32 times over as being capable as is your new lens I'm surprised Canon hasn't endorsed you yet as Poster Child for the new 200-400L
I know you were the photographer but in many of these it appears you were about to be ambushed! Man that is one great looking cat Eric and you caught the beauty and intensity in many photos here, super shooting under pressure buddy, wowza baby!

Too kind my friend....and I love to get the shot when it appears I am the target...makes it more intimate...at least I hope it does. Tough shooting in pretty dim light so I was happy to have a kit that could handle it....now let's see if they hold up to being enlarged 20x30.

Incredible series Eric!! Jaguars are very difficult to locate and here you have a mother with a juvi. These are each and everyone one of them delightful! Thanks so much for sharing them with us.
Wow Eric, I live in south America and this ones are probably the best pictures I´ve seen of Jaguars on their habitat. I know how hard is to see them, so I imagine your excitement the first time you saw one (cubs ).Thank you very much for sharing with us this amazing set.Where did you go inside the Pantanal?
Eric these are magnificent shots. Some of my friends would like to go to Africa next year to see cats like this . Any recommendations on places or tours to look at
