I do have a series of horizontal images but not with poses like the first and last two in the set.

Ah...just seeing these now Chris. (Unlike most of my FM friends, I only spend 23 hours per day here).
I was not familiar with this aptly named species until seeing your post; what a beautiful species and what a wonderful set of poses.
I might be inclined to try horizontal crops on all of them; leaving the fencepost and the dandelion, but not the barbed wire; I think a sole flower on a green background would complement the bird very nicely.
I know the feeling, Greg. I try to stay 25 hours here every day but never make it.

The first and last two scream vertical to me. And I shot another Redshank last weekend in a field with much more dandelions.
