So I was thinking the title sounded like a Karnac bit but in fact it was a wonderful series of birdies. I have never seen a rail in person and these were outstanding....lighting, lighting, lighting....bottle it, use it over and over...magnifico. The swallow is outstanding with great detail and richness in the feather colors. The scrubie one looks great...those I've seen lots of but never have come close to getting a shot like that...well done my firend.

Beautiful warm golden light in the first one Tim and very nice ones of it strutting back and forward. Lovely perch and pose for the Swallow and again for the SJ.
There is a very nice glow off the breast of the Swallow too.
