Douglas, those are some beautiful flower shots, looks like a great garden to fully image, the colors and IQ coming out of your 6D and 70-200 are really great...well captured!
JohnT, incredible flower close-ups/macros, crisp clear, you're making that 5D3 and 100L look mighty fine...nicely seen!
Duck, Hawks w/fish, and squirrels...yikes, great shootin all!

Edd, great floral set, snappy colors and crisp/sharp lines, that 100L is looking quite sweet
BTW, thank you, I finally picked up that EF mount for the old Tamron Adaptall lenses, the mount seems to fit well/snug. I haven't been able to shoot lately, but am looking forward to seeing how the old SP glass fares on my 40/50D...

Wow Peter ... Just really enjoy your last shot! Terry
Thank you kindly, Terry.
Judging by recent proliferation of flower/floral shots and their good quality, it looks to me that you have a bunch of disciples around here.
Here is a Redneck pijun (probably from Georgia ) in the first beam of sunlight, minutes after sunrise (#1), and about 1/2 hr after sunrise (#2) when colours had become a bit cooler.
Those pijuns have started their mating/nesting rituals recently.

Peter, I'm thinkin I'd be able to see your image in those water drops if I had a bigger/sharper screen...those are great crisp shots and that last one is just insanely sharp...WoW.
Them's some nice looking red-necks, sure glad they be feather baring and not 12-gauge, otherwise you'd be marrying the bride or groom for getting that intimate

Glad you like those rednecks, Jerry.
Obviously, much depends on the light.
When I switched direction so that the Sun was into my back, then I got what one may consider a conventionally perfect light on targets, both in quality and direction. This is the result, with the same setup used.
