I learned much to my dismay that the drop in filter holder from the 300/2.8 and up does not fit in the 200/2. Which filter holder does fit? The clear glass filter in my lens supplied filter holder will not unscrew, so I need another filter holder to use with my ND filters.

Is it stuck/crossthreaded? Mine unscrews from the holder for the 200 very easily. Grab some dishwashing gloves for better gripping.

Yup. I use a B+W ND in lieu of a Cir Pol to kill some light. It's only stubborn once.
