Great shots in this thread. I've also been enjoying this gem for a few months. It fits perfectly with my RX100II as a backpacking / climbing combo. The RX1 is used as much as possible (using stitching for wides and ultra wides) and the RX100II is used for compressed tele landscapes. Here's a few from the RX1 over the past few months.
Most of these are remote climbing trips in the Canadian Rockies where I had to carry light gear and travel quickly over long distances - often without a trail and through raging rivers and thick bush. The RX1 performed admirably and is my favorite camera of all time. Even if Sony comes out with a FF interchangeable lens system I will keep my RX1 in addition to that system.
Sorry for all the images - it's been a few months!

fantastic set vern! that last one is amazing! out of curiosity, what do you find to be the best balance of settings for shooting stars without too much blur?

Thx! With a 35mm lens it's not quite wide enough to be ideal but I use 6400 ISO, 20 seconds and f/2 to get decent quality stars. There is some blur but not too bad.
