A couple of snapshots from the NC Crystal Coast. In both instances I was carrying a toddler with one arm as is the case in pretty much every photo I've taken for the last few years.
We'll just say my opportunities are limited for anything other than a photo of a kid. I normally just look around and see if there's anything interesting going on wherever we are. I kind of liked these and haven't shared anything in a while and I'm sure there are people like me who looked at this thread for years before buying so I figure I'll do my part to encourage the everyman to pick one up. Still makes me happy just to walk by and see it sitting there even when I'm not using it.
Outside the condo holding a kid who wasn't into touching sand so we only made it 50 feet for an evening stroll.
Pine Knoll Shores aquarium holding a kid who I thought would lose a shoe trying to climb the railing.

The Arizona summer is fading, so the temperature outside is now low enough early in the morning that I've started taking my dog for daytime walks again (v. late-night walks when it's cooler.)
I took this "environmental portrait" (what a stupid name!) of Miss Abby yesterday morning using the RX1's wonderful built-in flash for fill:
And I took this one shortly after sunrise this morning, while we were walking on the horse trail along the northern edge of the Salt River Indian reservation:
I continue to be amazed by the quality of the files the RX1 creates, which is good, because without the built-in flash that I have come to depend upon and taking into account the recent price increase, it's quite unlikely that I will be replacing mine with an RX1RII any time soon!

And now for something completely different.
Photographed a lingerie fashion show with my Nikon DSLR.
But also took the Sony Rx1rll and managed to get a few cool shots.
Here's one at f/2, 1/125, iso 800 with tiny Sony HVL-F20M flash.
