I am looking for a RX1 grip (not a half-case). Any experience with the grips that breguetcamera sells over eBay (like this one: http://r.ebay.com/ysic4P )?
The red sandalwood grip looks great, but I would like to hear real life experience of this, or any other grip please.

Realistically, do you think you are going to top those excellent shots with 42mpix?
i'm perfectly happy with the image quality of the classic. i really don't like clip on evf, lack of flip lcd, and lack of non manual remote release though.
the RII basically fixes all of my ergonomic complaints except for the biggest (crappy manual focus).

Stunning work everyone! Wow! Mr. Olsson, your Iceland images are spectacular! As a rookie here, I am in awe.
A few snaps with the RX1r II from this past week in the uplands. We are trying to get as much time afield as possible because the season is nearly over. More varied (less boring) photographic subjects should appear once we can no longer hunt.
My 13 year old buddy, Chase, is pointing here with my orange and white puppy, Joy, honoring his point. It is amazing how a bird can simply disappear, even in such low cover. Without good dogs, you could walk that field 100 times and never know there was a bird hiding there this day.
A hunter for whom we were guiding walking in to flush a Joy point, which Chase is honoring:
Another hunter we were guiding for flushes a point and a gaudy rooster pheasant thunders into the air. The flush so befuddled this gentleman, that he missed a painfully easy shot on the bird (twice ). That bird lived to tell his story.
Chase delivering a bird to me. You can see the gentle devotion on his face as he looks me directly in the eyes.
Little Ms. Joy pleased to be taking her turn with the retrieving chores:
