thanks a lot! you are correct about me shooting at f/2 with this camera. my 'style' has evolved to not shoot wide open when shooting my family work. i really love documentary photography and so few 'great' images are shot with wide apertures. i've worked on stopping down a bit and paying careful attention to context and content. but with this camera, i find myself shooting wide open WAY more than i've done in the past few years with any of my other lenses. to be fair, i've been shooting in less than ideal light, so f/2 has been necessary in some of the shots. I cant wait to get it out into some quality light to see how this lens resolves at f/5.6!

Despite the fixed prime, it seems to be even more versatile than I expected. I even got to try some candid-type shooting in Vancouver with it, something I seem to need more practice at.
