Indeed, wasn't that much actually. I was surprised they are so cheap nowadays.
Looking forward to use it and dust off my filmdev stuff. Have to replace the light seals first though, so I'll have to wait a bit till they arrive.

M645 150/2.8A on SLR/C ...

First one distant @ 2.8 (maybe @ 4.0)
Second one mfd @ 8.0 (cropped)

The second image of the meter was the reason why I made the purchase. I saw the gradation of tones in that image and just blew me away....
thanks

You are most welcome. "gradation of tones" ... that sums up what drives me to shoot MF glass. The bokeh is cool, but the tonal transitions are where the action is for me. Glad to be of assistance.

Fuji gx680 180mm 3.2

Of all the lenses I have used on MF it is the lens with the nicest Bokeh and razor shallow depth of field.

What's even better is that like all Fuji gx680 lenses it is tilt shift and macro capable.

The 180mm 3.2 is my favorite MF lens and IMO only second to the Schneider 480mm for 8x10

Going back to the Fuji... ontop of having beautiful bokeh the use of tilt shift to control focus
over the whole range of lenses is priceless.

Here are two shots, both shot wide open, but with different swing used (horizontal tilt)

No swing:

With swing:

Best of all the Fuji has fully independent movements in both horizontal and vertical at the same time.

The GX680 is absolutely huge compared to an RZ67:

And the RZ67 is absolutely huge compared to a DSLR:

And the DSLR is absolutely huge compared to, say, an RX1:

Heh heh....put the GX680 next to the RX1. That would be a laugh.

Yes, but you need to put it next to this rig:

Jokes aside what is really particular about the Fuji gx680 compared to all other Medium Format single lens reflex cameras is the lenses. They are more like Large Format lenses than medium format lenses. The inake circle if large emough to cover 80x80mm plus movements and tilt. This very large image circle and the fast 3.2 aperture of some of the lenses gives the camera qhite a unique look even without using the tilt shift.

Iris design and nice bokeh even when stopped down a bit.

For this it's important to have nive rounded round iris made up of 9 blades.

It really puzzels me why on earth Phase One with it's Schneider logo lenses use shitty 5 blade irises.

Wide open they are nice and clean, but just stop down one stop and you get pentagon shapes everywhere. It's really puzzling when they calim that nice shallow depth of field and "the way the lenses render", but then have the same iris as a $90 nifty 50mm Canon or Nikon??

Absolutely awesome camera that Fuji GX680 is. I bet the negatives coming out of that camera are to die for.

Same thing with the Contax G series lenses. Tack sharp lenses utterly ruined by cheap low blade count apertures that produce horrible pentagons. WHY
