Got back from Alaska Last week and just now getting around to posting some pics! All I can say is Alaska ROCKS!!! I only had 31/2 days to shoot, and I feel like I made the best of it. I clicked off just over 3000 shots and was shocked at the # of keepers! Hope you like,
Chris

I'm VERY jealous!!! Those are some amazing images!!! Not to be gross, but to capture the blood coming out of the fish in the second image is great...as well as the last shot with dinner about to be served!
four is my favorite...........you make me incredibly jealous..........I absolutely love your captures, being a big bear fan. Thanks for sharing!!!!!!!!!
Steve,
I am a Canon guy! I carried WAY to much stuff! I took and carried 1Ds, 1D MKII, 24-70, 70-200, 300 2.8, 600 f4, 1548 gitzo tripod, full wimberly head, 1.4ex, 2.0ex, markins m20 ball head, 550ex flash, quantum turbo 2x2, wimblery flash brackets, 6- 4gb lexars, 2extra camera batteries, filters, 10x30 canon binoculars, and a few other small items. I walked about 10 to 12 miles a day with all that crap!! I am still tired!
Great shots, man! Were these all taken around the McClaren River? If so, did Lake Clark Air fly you? If so, you probably were piloted by my little brother....
