OK, I am intrigued.
I visited the ML site and have donated in anticipation of this being a worthwhile app, but nowhere on the ML site do I get a simple short explanation of what it offers...
This could be useful, check first section "Features". For some reason most of the links within the page dont work (in Chrome at least), so you have to scroll (or CTRL-F) to find the section of interest.

I have contacted "thedigitalpicture.com" as I find their review the best of the best (personal opinion) and have asked a specific question regarding the combo (5D MKIII and Zeiss 35 f/1.4 ZE) and specifically how it works together with the new AF (AF confirm in this case).
So here is the answer and it is consistent with what Lloyd Chambers said:
"The testing shows that the 5D III is, overall, equivalent to the 1Ds Mark III in this regard. So, no improvement. The 5D III did perform slightly better when focusing from MFD toward infinity. The 1Ds III was slightly more balanced in its reading."
So with no opportunity to replace the standard focusing screen, 5D MKIII is a step backward....Show more →
If the testing show that the 5D3 is overall equivalent to the 1Ds Mark III in this regard. Then there is a big improvement. Because the 1Ds3 is much better than the 5D2 for MF. And you have to compare it against that body.

Philber, did you end up selling your 5D3 kit? Thought I saw that on the Canon forum.
Yes Michelle, I did. Because of how good my NEX 7 kit is with Leica glass, I ended up only taking my Canon less than 5% of the time. At which point keeping didn't make sense. In that regard the lack of progress in the 5D III sensor over the 5D II played a major part. Canon really lag in this respect relative to Sony and their clients (Nikon)

I think this Irish-born Aussie would be at a disadvantage with you Scandinavians saying thank you (or roof-ceiling) in your variations on a common linguistic root.
On the other hand, Iceland is one place I want to visit and take photographs
