Those are great, Tarocco! That Series 1 lens (by the look of the output, Kiron made) is one of the best macro lenses I have ever had the pleasure to use. Wish I still had it.

The Series 1 90/2.5 was made by Tokina. The Series 1 105/2.5 (and "non-Series 1" 100/2.8, which is the same exact lens, also branded as Lester A Dine and Kiron ) was made by Kiron. Iīve had them both (90 and 100 mm) and kept the 90. Itīs both sharper and has smoother bokeh.

Oddly enough, I blew it in color- the reds were overexposed (dammit- shoulda looked closer). I figured I'd look at it in B&W and I like it. No smoke and mirrors were used on the image, and DPP handled everything.
