Thanks Luka, I also find your photos very inspiring, especially to see how you switch from one style to another, and keep at it until you get great results!
somthing like don't sit naked on the bench?
Actually, being Santa Cruz, we have a reputation for being laid back...all the time!! I mean, I'm 41 and I see guys I went to HS with still out riding skateboards, midweek, at 2pm!! Then actual saying , I think is :"No shoes or Shirt required"....These benches along West Cliff Dr in Santa Cruz all have dedications to past loved ones....lots of diffrent sayings...

I think that's what they call "phart". I think I actually like it more than the original.
I don't like seeing the fluorescent lights in the eyes of the animals (in the original) because it breaks the immersion, since I'm aware that I'm looking at an animal inside a terrarium. I have the same with portraits where you can recognize the flash guns/softboxes in the catch lights in the eyes.
Mr. Young, nice work with the 21mm. I need to play with mine more now that I finally have one.
After a walk with both today, and a discussion with another member here, I have pretty much decided that I am going to keep the Contax 85, and let go of the ZE 85. A nice lens indeed, but the C/Y version is just as good for less.
Hey Bif...I love the artsy-fartsy one!! Reminds me of what you can do if you have CS5 with the Pixel-Bender plugin. Have you tried it? You can do some really fun, crazy, or sorta normal stuff with it!!
Gregg
Pixel blender? Hmm, no, can't say that I have... or if I have I've forgotten.. which happens with all the plug-ins I own or try out. That's just glow edges I think - and then opened the fade tool to about 95%.
