Hiepphotog : my Citroën shot was taken with the 1.4/85 ZF2. BTW I like #3 on your last set!
Ronny :I liked the wall with graffiti.
Luka : great framing and composition as usual
Edward: nice smile on that guy's face!
Philippe, Wilhelm, thank you for the comments! Most appreciated!
Wilhelm, that shot is very nice, the rendering of the 28/2.8 on BW film is beautiful, and there is some 3D going on too. Don't mind the grain, that's what shooting film is about Your friend looks like Viggo Mortensen btw.
hiepphotog - Thank you. No I have not. I have not been successful with HDR. They all turned very bad. PS HDR is not working too well for me. I also tried other trial version, but did not have patience to achieve satisfying result. May be next year.
On your set. I like the color rendition of your shots. #1, #3, #4 are my favorites.
Edward - Nice portrait. Pretty good for high ISO at 2500 too. ( Though I notice some interesting noise in the dark area, but that did not bother me )
Lieutenant - Thanks. And your shot is pretty funny / creepy. Well done.
Carsten - Thanks. I am looking forward to see your shots with D800. I don't know when, but I will get one some time in the future.
Wilhelm - Very nice. Film gives a very interesting look to the portrait. I agree with Edward, grain is part of the picture.
Ronny - I like the kitchen theme. Apple's texture looks great. So as the wet and sharp stainless steel knife, and the play with reflections.
Hiepphotog, nice series again. The kid at window shot is superb. B&W would have also been very effective.
Ronny, love the knife and onions shot.
Luka, nice urban set again. Did you ever consider converting to B&W? 2 and 3 would also look good in greyscale, even though in color they are equally as powerful.
Ronny, Luka, Edward, and rirakuma Thank you for the comments. Much appreciated.
Ronny - I love your first apple shot; the combination of the sharpness, the light and the color really has that warm and cozy touch to it. I would like some of my food pictures, especially a bowl of stew, to take on something like this.
Edward - I tried B&W on that kid picture, but it didn't work for me (the blond hair and the color of outside...)
Luka - Nice series
Ronald - Like the shot. Seeing the wide gradient in lighting, this could benefit from HDR.
