The hangar door thingie was one of those things that we didn't think of forehand. We were preparing the plane for the A2A-session. At one point I went wandering through the hangar to look at the other planes in there when I suddenly saw that spot and knew on that very moment it would work great as a scene for a couple of photos. Finally just before pushing the plane out from the hangar we placed it on that spot for a couple of minutes. But since we were already late and the sun was setting fairly fast, we didn't have time for more intensive planning and we just "snapped" a few frames... Next time we need to think more of the reflections, which are a bit too strong for my taste in that shot. Also things like taking the plane a little bit away from the doors and then trying the 50mm f1.4 on it came in to my mind. That might create a nice effect
ps. due to the weather forecast for tomorrow morning I postponed my trip until tomorrow.
