That depends a lot from where you buy your stuff from. Many online shops are not reliable when it comes to service, if you are prepared to buy 5% more I am sure you are going to find a good dealer with a return policy. People have to understand that looking for the best deal comes with a \"price\"
As for repairs, there are actually two service centers to choose from. As I understand ITSL services Canon gear only. They are competent but not very fast IMO.
