UU date code. Great image quality on this one. Glass is in very good condition (I may see a small nick, but it takes some serious looking and I was not able to get a photo of it). It is missing the infamous red ring, it was not dropped or anything, i was just shooting and it came off in my hand . There is a little dust in the lens as to be expected with a zoom. There is a little bit of white on the zoom and focus ring (typical with these lenses but looks way worse in pics then reality). Comes with caps, sorry, no box
