Paul makes a good suggestion. My 1DIV is at firmware v110. My 1DIV definitely \'saturates\' faster than my 1DX, but I haven\'t compared specific cards in the 1DIV.
I use Transcend UDMA-7 64GB and 32GB cards in both the 1DIV and 1DX. I have some older SanDisk Ertreme UDMA cards that are definitely slower - used in my 5DII.
