Thanks Ray & Reagan,
I\'m seeing the same thing in your samples that I am getting here at home with my samples of these lenses. Even with contrasty scenes - they seem to rise to the level of \"good\" to \"very good\". I want lenses that if focus and sharpness are missed - then all I have to do is looking in the mirror to know where the problem lies. My copy of the 105mm f2.5 ais is way sharper than my 135mm f2.8 ais...and my 180 f2.8 AF is way sharper than the 200 ai. I can live without these two focal lengths. I\'m looking to sell some more lenses to fund some acquistions. Something I fear has become a regular practice....always looking to refine the excellent tools I use. (BTW that hub cap is the coolest one I have ever seen) Both of you really helped me to decide - Thanks again!
