This is good stuff. You seem to have got a great habitat there (excellent background/foreground bokeh), good light, and a fascinating subject which cruises low enough so that you do not have to shoot upwards nor show any sky......a winning formula in my old books.

I\'d also like to reiterate Tim\'s comment about framing. In addition, if you can get closer to the bird or perhaps deploy a longer lens ( both are hard to do, I know), I believe this kind of shots could evolve into a National geographic type material.
