For the money... the Canon 100mm non L is a fantastic lens. I shot with it for a little over four years. Solid build, easy to handle.
I\'m not shooting with the Sigma 180mm macro. LOVE IT! All depends on your shooting style. I shot the 100mm hand-held 99% of the time.... with the Sigma I use a monopod due to the focal length.
