I must have missed those, but they look awesome. We entered through an arch that had two symbols carved into the rock, but my brain can't recall the exact story. I did re-image some of my photos I took with my dad's borrowed camera. I was only 11 yo in 1970, but I did pay my own freight with lawn money. My mom was a librarian and her union had amazing rates for travel. I posted those 54 year old photos in a more appropriate part of FM.

James, perhaps these are the sculptured tress you described. Nearby, there is a row of orange trees which may have also been there during your visit.
Excellent colors on the tomatoes, they look very tasty.

Basket of Tomatoes. This basket I love for it's design, but the flaxen/tan color is driving me crazy. Inside the LED kitchen light shifts the balance, and outside the large tulip tree reflecting green light shifts it again. It really is a beautiful color in person.
Camden, London. Not my favorite part of the city but a tourist hotspot due to the alternative shops, markets, the bars & clubs as well as the Regent's canal and lock system. The place has a unique feel to it. Grungy and gritty.
Love the 1st one Colin, says everything about the location, graffiti, trendy, hip, industrial chic.
My ex-wife's cousins have a stall in Camden Market selling amusing greetings cards that one of them draws (never been but must be a nightmare on a sunday!)

Slightly annoyed at weather not cooperating with me.... Perfect weather last weekend for Celtic Fest though, but with my current back issues, I couldn't lug my usual camera bag full of stuff.
