Not sure if this question was directed to me but all I did was increase the contrast and clearview plus in the sky area in DXO Photolab to bring out the highlights in the sky. Also boosted vibrancy a bit.
I'm guessing it's a combination of people using other formats (I don't know if there are a lot of folks using exclusively m43), it's winter in the northern hemisphere (I know that reduces my output), and just that the m43 forum is generally slow. Here's one from a few years back.
