Cory, nice plane shots.
Ryan, looks like you're having a field day with the M9? Another nice set.
Ron, great colors, love the entire set. Nice play of colors and diagonals!
Ryan, great shots! I really like the shots with the 50 Lux, particularly of the bike. Very dreamlike quality
Luka, you must come and visit Australia, when you have an opportunity when it starts snowing ! Very different lighting here, probably be very similar to South Africa.
Ron, excellent shots! Great story behind too I agree with you on the PP on the above shots, and for web presentation, I prefer more pastel shades, but for printing I do prefer to have a stronger PP workflow, so the visual perception is similar to a back lit image.
Cory, great shots, and your link is excellent. I do love the WWII planes. There is a magic about these old planes
Kyle, for editing I prefer C1 Pro and then CS5. Two very powerful programs, and it works for me. I know some prefer LR for its ease of use and cataloguing. I do feel that having the right software is very important for getting the most from the M series
Great shots Charles! The colours are amazing. I am learning how to use CS1 via youtube (lol) - it's not that bad (i'm not that slow, it seems). I will try to do a comparison based on the same edits in LR and CS1.
Lovely pics all. Ryan, congrats on your M9! Great pics - lovely captures of your daughter. Ron, i love the colours and story to your shots.

Wow, excellent photos everybody!
Ryan - Great shots with your new M9! How do you like it compared to the M8? BTW, I just sold my M8.2.
Congrats Kyle! Yes, the M9 is worth it! The lenses feel like they should both in length and DOF. There are multiple things that have been improved on the M9 that really do make it a no brainer when you really think about it. Normally I abide by the glass before camera theory but this is one case where I personally disagree with that. The M9 is a better choice than putting money towards better lenses on (as Luka says) a cropper
Kyle, I use LR3 with Nik plugins which works for me. I think LR3 works for 95% of the time, unless you want to extract that last ounce of performance from the DNG files or do some serious editing, then you probably need to consider CS5.

UPS delivered a package this evening. Will check it out over the next few days. This lens has some "magic" in the glass too
Haha..tx, my RF is front focussing in the MFD area so when i am taking near shots, it's hit or miss! I can't bear to part with my m9 for 8 weeks (trip to Solns). I will try a local camera guru for RF calibration soon...
Charles, great photos. Really nice colours and tones, I have started to experiment a little myself with LAB mode and it is a clear difference what you can do with the colours. I haven't tried sharpening in LAB mode yet but I guess I should give that a go as well.
Ryan, congratulations on the M9 and nice photos.
Silken, nice airplane photos.
Ron, great set there and I like the way you presented it. Half the fun was scrolling down to the next photo guessing what it was I saw. I think I got it by #7.
Kyle, I use PS and Lightroom and while I am happy with the combination I am not sure switching from Aperture just because of the integration issue is enough reason so why not download a 30 day trial of Lightroom and see for yourself. I used to think that Lightroom was THE software and Photoshop was something I only used for making local adjustment but lately I have moved more towards Photoshop and I am not always happy about how the integration between the two works but then again I think it is to some extent caused how I work.
Thanks Joakim Yes Lab, can make a big difference. Level adjustments in Lab are more intuitive, but curve adjustments are a lot more tricky, as the colour axis a and b aren't what I am used of. I keep a chart next to me when I am doing the adjustments. Both definitely improve the colour and contrast, even what can be done in RGB. The sharpening/Smart USM/High Pass is really no different, and just use the luminosity rendering. I'm still watching the training videos and practising
