I have for sale a Tamron 2x SP AF Pro Autofocus Teleconverter for Nikon. I usually use this on my 80-200 for a 400mm reach. It works surprisingly well. It will autofocus fine outdoors in good light. If you use it indoors in low light, it will hunt for a bit, but will eventually lock on.

I use it with a Nikon 80-200 AF-D on a Nikon D700. Works well. I'll try to post some pictures.
