The face & eyes look real sharp - very appealing. However I think the left side s/b cropped because it's distracting plus what are those brown stripes?
I was thinking the same thing. Karen (AuntiPode) illustrated the tweaks.
Beautiful woman, beautiful image. I like the inclusion of the background and the off-center composition. Excellent job!
Lot of potential, but there are a couple things that break its momentum. One is a slight green-yellow cast in the image (even when I cover the veil and just look at her skin). The other is the hot spot in the upper left corner. The tone in the lower left is great, and the dull color is poised to left her shine.
Toning down the hot spot with complete or partial cloning would cure that bit.
In terms of sheer preference, i would love to see the dark tones darkened yet more to bring out her eyelash detail and freckles. Others may prefer the less contrasty version that you already have.

Hope you don't mind the play. The eyes are the window to one's soul so thought that that needed to be enhanced. I may have went a little overboard (but that's what I do). Did some very minor degrunging (didn't want the freckles to disappear; trust me, I can make her skin flawless, but that's not the point with me for this one; it's all about the eyes) and healing brush work, but tried not to go overboard with that.
New version is much better to my eye. Now the only thing that I would want to see different is a little more light in the eye, particularly the whites of the eye. Nothing crazy, just a little local contrast to help the newly darkened lashes stand out.
I agree on the whites of the eyes. I think somewhere about 25% of the extent to which Lyle took it would be great. I might lighten the irises just a little. tonight, then I'm done.
