Looks good. Very natural skin tones on the boy's pictures and you managed to keep from having a dark shadow under the bill of the cap. Nicely done.

Thank you for the look. That's my son by the way. We had a lot of snow over the past few day's so the snow on the ground bounced a lot of light back up into his face. That really helped in controling the shadows under his cap. Not to mention his eyes.

I love the first image - so simple and clean. I'd like to see a version with all the little sticks cloned out, and maybe even see what it would look like with the left-most tree gone (but same crop).

I want to like #1, but it seems a little to regular (spacing) to me. I like the tree more than the tractor, though.

I used the Nikon 70-200mm Vr (version 1) with the NIkon D700. The first shot was at f2.8 the second shot was at f8. I do believe.

I love #1. I think the composition is great just as it is, and I think the sticks/weeds sticking up out of the snow give it more realism. That one should be hanging on your wall.
