well its been a very long time since I have ventured on to this forum, as I have been a little to busy with my day to day work. I had a chance to attend my first UCI Pro stage race, Tour Down Under, in Adelaide. It was just an amazing atmosphere and plus the chance to mingle with the pros of the peloton was an experience on its own.
I'll leave you with a few pictures from the last three stages of the tour, if you'd like to see more than feel free to jump on to my blog,
@DejanS I agree with you the color part but when you have a very bright and sunny day the bright colors just gets drained. I think in that aspect your better off in B&W. I do have a picture of Cadel, #8, where he actually looks up and the photographer sticks his hand out, albeit its out of focus it ruined a good shot for me as I had to hike up 2.5km up a hill. I can see where you are going with the crops. You can tell George's legs from a mile away :-)
No kidding about Hincapies legs. High noon is always tough, too contrasty. Cropping...I guess it just depends where you are going with the images. I like to focus on the subject, being the rider(s). Still, you have nice shots.
