Gaiters would have been essential especially for the snow. The water was no problem to cross, about a foot deep when it was smaller, but rocks are everywhere. At the end you can't avoid the water in the subway. Thanks!

They allow you to be there that whole day, just no camping. We did the whole thing in about 8 hours so it's really not a problem. Thanks!
