300 2.8 IS UUxxxx code. It's 99.99% mint. I just took off the RRS plate I had on the foot and there are zero marks on this lens. I bought it for a project, used it once and not used again. You can not tell this lens from new, not a nick not a scratch nothing. It has litteraly been used once for a project. I am the original owner and only user of this lens ever.

I know this is my first sale here. I have been around here for quite some time to boot. but truth be told I almost never sell my gear just ask my wife.
This lens is like new and I mean you can not tell it from new.
I'm with you Taz...I never sell anything. I guess I'm considered a hoarder when it comes to equipment. I have a lot of older equipment that I don't use, but if the time ever comes that I do want to use it and I sell it, then I'm wishing I never sold it.
It's easier just to keep it and look at it then it is to want it and not have it!!

Thanks a lot Vinny. It is a great lens with almost zero use. I just dont shoot sports, so for me it's not really needed. Hence the reason for the sale.
