Some of the images that really stood out for me were the architectural shots by nicoimages, fall color by akul, beach shot by masterchef, orange flower shot by user222, building and ship shot by JonaHill, and architecture shot by Picture This.

Here's a shot with a Zeiss 21/2.8 and D800 in Shenandoah with Heliopan ND.

User222, thanks. Sadly, those two lenses were rentals. I have a lens rental company a few miles from my house, so I can test drive potential purchases often. The 2/25 and 2/50 are both on my purchase list. At least from this outing, I preferred my Leica to the 2/100 for macro work.

User222, red leaves shot fantastic colors.

Rodulvan, second shot of factory is excellent.

Ronny, second graffiti shot also excellent.

Funny thing is, I'm fairly sure it's an office complex. These architects, what can one do

....yup, it´s the (at least among architects) famous or even iconic Lloyd´s building by Richard Rogers.

Great image by the way, planting this futuristic, shiny piece of technology in the midst of the traditional architecture of London !

At first I didn't very much like that photo twoeye, but then I notices how nice the light fell over the tank and the stairs, and how the colours play over the surface. Perhaps that is why you took the photo?

Here's another one from an antique shop in NottingHill. If you include garba in 'antique'.

2/28 @ 2.0 (vignetting is added for effect)

And again @2.0 (pretty silly, I know, but it lends itself to this kind of photography being hyper contrasty right out of the blocks)

Hey folks, in case you're not following the Zeiss 15mm Distagon thread, I just got word from B&H that my lens has shipped so it looks like stock is making its way into the U.S. . . . finally!

Nice shot. beautiful colors.
I did notice tho a bunch of small dark spots floating around. Is that something on the lens or just stuff floating around in the air.

Great one Mikko. Could you please share the exposure settings for this photo? I don't get how to get that much light into the sensor without bumping the iso (want fast shutterspeed to not get startrails).
