Both function perfectly, and both are cosmetically EXC/EXC+ showing minor signs of use. Heads tilt up 90-degrees and rotate 180-degrees. In manual mode, power can be adjusted from 1/1 to 1/16. 383s can be powered by external batteries like the Quantum Turbo for super quick recycling times.

You'll notice that the useless foil strip bearing the tilt scale is starting to peel on the flash on the left in the photo above. A closer look:

The strip can be glued back in place or removed entirely.
