Was this really high ISO with lots of NR? And/or was it underexposed and lifted way up in post?
Skin tones look pasty/ashy/yellow. The Duke blue looks nicely saturated... nothing else has contrast.
Nice focus, action, and expressions.
Thanks for looking Clarence -more of a white balance(perhaps alittle to warm) and reflection off of floor
or perhaps my monitor is not as calibrated as I thought
Good action, nicely cropped. I like seeing the coach so analytical in #1 and #6. 2,4,5,and 8 are my favorites--ball, faces, contact/conflict. I guess that Cameron has a lot of light--D1 and all that--and so some of your whites are a little much (especially the defender's face #5 and the Alaskan in #8).

Thanks for looking and for the comments -I'll watch the whites
Thanks, Mark

Only thing I have to say about them is the hands or arms in front of the faces in the first and third photos.
Thanks I noticed that also
Some nice action Mark. I'd love to see a snippet of net in #4. Love the facial frame created in #3 . Pretty intense for pre-season, but then I imagine it's not every day Alaska gets a chance to play Duke!

Thanks for looking Russ- yeah I wish I had caught a little net also in #4 - It was an intense game both sides getting after it.
Thanks Mark
