Geoff,
Wonderfully seen and photographed.
They're so close together I almost think they are part of some avant sculpture display. Or are they just regular drinking faucets for a thirsty population?

Thanks, Charlie. I've been to this place many times, and I'm sure I would have seen them before now. That plus the fact that I didn't see any handles to turn them on...makes me believe it's a display
