I am looking to purchase a Nikon D300 body. I am willing to pay about $1100 shipped and pp'd if it is in mint condition and has a relatively low shutter count (<20k).

I'd prefer one that has the original box and accessories, but might be willing to purchase one without a box at a reduced price.

I have a more used D300

with about 38000 actuations with a MBD-10 Grip, with Boxes.

It shows wear on the bottom of the Grip

I can sell both for $1100 or $950 for the body only!!

I'll keep the grip for future use on a D300s or D700
