i just recently moved back to Canada from Ireland , we flew over Greenland and the Baffin islands, the colors are a bit off being from an airplane window, but some cool landscapes none the less

Wow!
Airplane windows are so often stained, scratched or too thick to make clear photos
How did you manage to have shots that are so clear?
Any post processing?

Very cool shots. I am particularly drawn to the third. I really like the lighting and the shape of the mountains framing the glacier.

These were shot with the canon 20d, with 17-55mm 2.8 is. just before i left ireland i sold my 40d and now shooting with 7d. the 20d is my trusted back up body. the light was really good, the windows were actually not too bad also, i just adjusted the contrast and the colors a bit thats all.

Wow - makes me want to figure out a way to get some seat time near an airplane window. I love looking out of airplane windows and there images remind me of why.
