Upon closer inspection, I noticed some wear on the tripod collar and a few specks of dust behind the front element. They are not significant enough to effect image quality. There is also a bit of wear where the hood is attached/removed.
UP datecode (2001) Very good condition for being almost 9 years old.
Included are the lens, both caps, tripod collar, and hood. Sorry but no box and no zippered case.
