Get the 16-35. Taking a loss on a lens you already know you'll have to get rid of makes absolutely no sense to me. Go FF and stay away from ef-s.

I am inclined to say this too.... but the Tamron 17-50mm will not work on a FF body. Get the Tamron 28-75mm for FF.
