Eecellent series; your photo "Cottonwood Corner" must be a popular site to shoot; I just viewed a very similar photo of that exact location from the previous poster's web site. I love the flowing water and those boulders in the foreground! Of course, "Canyon Kaleidoscope is just amazing!
Kapple: One exposure. I don't do stacks because you don't get the build-up of ambient light exposure in the sky and the landscape that you get with a single, longer exposure.

Nice series here bro. I'm also highly considering the Nikon 14-24 lens for the Canon 5D II as well. I really liked the idea of the 12-24, and tried it on the 5D Mark II but it was too soft and not corrected enough (but REALLY wide!). After reading your artical I think your approach may be the best for the ultra wide approach beating the typical Canon 16-35LII.
