We've had some great shooting conditions here the past 8 days. I haven't even looked at most of what I have taken. These are some shots I haven't put on my blog.
!. Long Pond - I will ultimately clone out the tower on the left. I just didn't have time to do the fine tuning.
2. Pipers at Tom Nevers - I was followed up and down the beach by a large pod of seals. Earlier in the day on the bluff there were whales, seals and hundreds of birds feasting on the ocean. I got very wet out there. I didn't get a whale shot, unfortunately.
3. Low Beach - Sconset - There were beautiful rip tides today. The seals were there again.
4. Rip tide
I will have lots to process when the weather is bad.
Cool set, Sharon. I like the first two the best. In no. 1, the clouds are very dramatic, and I love how it is composed. #2 has nice warm light, and I like the tiny birds in comparison to the wave.
Awesome set here, man I wish I was there in #1 with a chair to sit at the end of the dock and just enjoy the beautiful scenery you have captured. Really like the use of the faster shutter speeds to freeze the wave action very cool and the B&W conversion is spot on, beautiful work here.
That first one has some amazing energy to it for my tastes. Definitely worth some tender loving care to clone out the tower. The second shot really catches my eye as well - I like the nice sun angle and light along with the shutter speed for this one. A very pleasing combination with the group of birds.
The last two are pretty nice as well but the first ones are the best.
Thanks for sharing.

These are really cool. Great work in capturing these scenes. I have to say #4 is simply a masterpiece! A fantastic composition and an even better if that is possible in B&W. I hope no one asks to see that one in color, because it truly shines as a B&W!

Great stuff Sharon. I really like #1 and when the tower is cloned out it will be even better. #2 is a beauty too. I love the detail you have captured.

It seems you really had perfect shooting conditions, Sharon. Not only the conditions but also your intuition and talent as a photographer is proved here. Wonderful set, all of them are beautiful. My wife would be lucky with the birds

Wonderful set, Sharon. Great conditions indeed, and then you knew what to do with them!
Love 'em all but that 1st is magnificent (especially when the tower is gone)!!
