Hi,

Finally scanned my 612 Pano film from the stay at Ft. Walton. This is similar to one I posted earlier, this one imaged with different film (Velvia 100F), giving a bit more saturation, and a slightly different orientation that includes the footprints heading towards the Sunset, hence the title.

Beautiful pastel colours here, Jose. The foot prints make this image and add to the strength of the
story imho.

I agree. And the soft light glow on the ripply sand is really sweet!

Neat comp Jose - the wavy path of those footprints is a great visual pull into the color show along the horizon. Very nice lighting throughout.

Hey Jose,

What cool light. I really like the look of the sand and the dunes here. I like the idea of the foot steps, but I think they are too close to the right edge. When I look at the shot, it feels like it's breaking the photo into two shots. My eyes keep getting drawn 2 different ways.

+1. I very much like the compositin and pastels in this wonderful picture, but the placement and direction of the foot prints disturbs the picture.

This is very good. The color intensities are just right to let the violet partner beautifully with the yellow-reds. The footprints make their presence felt with a perfect reticence of tone. They are the unifying element of the composition.
You owe this picture printing and framing!
