Hey Guys,
Not sure if you already know or not but staples has the sandisk ultra II SDHC 8Gig on for $29 bones. Pretty sweet price. Picked up three tonight to match my CF cards, so finally running backup cards.

Dont know about the MkIII but back up is a cow on the 1DsII because it is not written in paralled, the two writes are sequential. This means TIIIIIIIIIIME.....

Beware. I still use it but Im just saying beware.
