Leftfoot organics work with individuals at varying developmental levels, with special emphasis on those who are most difficult to serve. This is their annual meeting with a farm stand. Please help me decide which of these are the best and why.
Thanks!
Nice shots. These three work best for me, cropped/edited:
This one is a nice establishing shot and has space in the middle for text. Note I cloned out the bright distraction of the ceiling: http://super.nova.org/EDITS/LeftFoot1.jpg
In the future shooting a situation like that standing on a chair or ladder will provide a better view of the stuff on the table. Don't be shy about stage managing the people or moving "props" like the bulletin board to hide distractions like the fire extinguisher. It takes practice, but stop and try to spot distractions like that when shooting.
I don't know how to say this, but I feel pretty silly. I thought the customers were the "difficult" people being served, but then I went to the website and found out the population being served is those with developmental challenges, who are actually GROWING the food and taking it to market. OK, so that means I took the word "served" in the wrong way.
I like what Chuck suggests for the images you provided. But, to salvage a little dignity for myself, my suggestion is to show clearly, in the images, how Left Foot Organics really serves the population its serving. Can't tell you how I would actually go about that, other than shooting on the farm itself, but there you go.
A very large thanks to chuck! The crops and cloning make good sense. Thank you much for your time and thoughts. Did you also make other edits to the images? It looks like you added some vignetting and levels.
Tonylovesmary- Yes on farm shots of the growers is in the works for next summer.
